Product Details

Mahi-mahi. A pelagic species caught offshore in open Gulf water — fast, bright, and taken on the troll. Our captains run offshore lines targeting mahi when they're running, and everything that comes aboard goes from boat to vacuum seal within days of landing. Frozen at -5°F through our engineered cold chain. Frozen Fresh.

Flavor & Texture

Mild, slightly sweet white flesh with a lean, firm texture. Mahi takes seasoning well without being overpowered — one of the most versatile fish in the box. Equally at home blackened, grilled, or in a taco. The fish that makes everyone happy at the table.

Health Benefits

Mahi-mahi is one of the leanest, highest-protein fish available — approximately 23g protein per 3 oz serving with very low fat content. Rich in B vitamins (B12, niacin), selenium, and potassium. Excellent for high-protein, low-fat dietary goals.

What You Receive

Wild caught Gulf mahi-mahi, vacuum sealed in 6 oz individual fillets. Sourced from U.S. Gulf waters. Sold by the 6 oz package. Packages are 5–6 oz and may vary slightly. Fillets come skin off and deboned.

Why Frozen Is Actually Fresher

Frozen Within 2–3 Days

Most grocery store fish is 7–10 days old before it hits the counter. Ours is processed and frozen within 2–3 days of landing.

Locks In Nutrition

Flash freezing preserves the omega-3s, protein, and flavor that degrade in fresh fish over time.

Better Than “Fresh”

In seafood, “fresh” often means never frozen but days old. Frozen right means genuinely fresh.
