Product Details

Swordfish. Broadbill — caught by longline in open Gulf water on the deep night bite. Swordfish runs deep in the day and comes to the surface at night. Commercial captains set long gear in federal waters to bring it to the dock. It goes from boat to vacuum seal within days of landing. Frozen at -5°F. Frozen Fresh.

Flavor & Texture

Firm, meaty flesh with a dense texture and a distinct, pronounced flavor that stands apart from any reef fish. Swordfish holds up to aggressive seasoning and high heat — it's the fish you put on the grill at full flame. Steaks cut thick. Flavor that earns the plate.

Health Benefits

Swordfish is a nutritionally dense fish — approximately 20g protein per 3 oz serving. Exceptionally high in omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, and vitamin B12. Also a significant source of vitamin D. One of the richest omega-3 sources of any Gulf species we carry.

What You Receive

Wild caught Gulf swordfish, vacuum sealed in 6 oz individual fillets. Sourced from U.S. Gulf waters. Sold by the 6 oz package. Packages are 5–6 oz and may vary slightly.

Why Frozen Is Actually Fresher

Frozen Within 2–3 Days

Most grocery store fish is 7–10 days old before it hits the counter. Ours is processed and frozen within 2–3 days of landing.

Locks In Nutrition

Flash freezing preserves the omega-3s, protein, and flavor that degrade in fresh fish over time.

Better Than “Fresh”

In seafood, “fresh” often means never frozen but days old. Frozen right means genuinely fresh.
