$11.25 / per package (6oz)
Product Details
Vermillion snapper. A federally managed reef species caught hook and line in Gulf waters. Vivid red exterior, clean white flesh, consistent quality across the haul. Processed and vacuum sealed within days of landing. Frozen at -5°F. Frozen Fresh.
Flavor & Texture
Mild, slightly sweet white flesh with a fine, delicate flake. Lighter in character than red snapper but with a clean, distinct flavor that rewards simple preparation. Pan-seared, roasted, or over an open flame — it handles heat well and doesn't need much help.
Health Benefits
A lean, clean protein source — approximately 20g protein per 3 oz serving. Good source of omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, potassium, and B vitamins. Low in saturated fat. Clean nutrition from federally managed Gulf reef water.
What You Receive

Why Frozen Is Actually Fresher
Frozen Within 2–3 Days
Most grocery store fish is 7–10 days old before it hits the counter. Ours is processed and frozen within 2–3 days of landing.
Locks In Nutrition
Flash freezing preserves the omega-3s, protein, and flavor that degrade in fresh fish over time.
Better Than “Fresh”
In seafood, “fresh” often means never frozen but days old. Frozen right means genuinely fresh.
